This item was purchased about 30 years ago from "BLUE HOUSE," a famous general store in Hokkaido at the time, located next to my workplace. Even back then, fluorescent lights were better for working under than this lamp (lol), so it was used more as interior decoration than for practical use. I think it's in good condition for its age.
