The wheels are 10-wheel and show no wear, and the frame is iron, so it's quite sturdy. (Please consider the boots as a bonus) You can wear them and skate, but please be aware of the cuffs. I think the wheels and frame alone are a good deal. Size is 24cm, and 24.5cm if you remove the insole. When fastening the laces, you can secure them by positioning the plastic vertically.
