This item was purchased at Tokyo Disneyland approximately 3 years ago. It was used inside the park and then stored at home. While I believe it's in relatively good condition without any major scratches or stains, it has been used, so please only purchase if you understand this. Pressing the button on the handle cycles through the following patterns: 1 pattern -> 2 patterns (slow) -> 2 patterns (fast) -> Off. The operation has been confirmed.
