The slit is slightly forward instead of perfectly on the side, so it's not very noticeable when still, but it adds movement to the hem of the tank top when you move, making it very stylish. There are three Adidas lines down the front center, and they're in the same color, so you might not realize it's Adidas at first glance unless you look closely. I liked that subtlety, so I bought it. I've only worn it once.
