Purchased on November 25, 2024. This item has only been tested for installation. When listing, I confirmed that the power turns on and took photos, but I did not run water through it or operate it. During removal and installation testing, I have made holes in the outer vinyl packaging and caused scratches and dirt on the main unit. I have included photos of the noticeable ones, but there may be oversights in my amateur inspection, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a pristine item. The bag is torn, so I thought of using a new one, but I only had new garbage bags. I apologize for the poor appearance. The cord was only in the bag in the photo at the tip, so I wrapped it with sheet-like cushioning material up to the bundled area to prevent damage. Otherwise, it will be shipped in simple packaging, as it was when purchased. As it is a home appliance, I thought it would be safer to hand it directly to Yamato Transport, and I plan to have them pick it up. I will attach a shipping label to the product cardboard box.
