It was a Euro shank, so I asked a musical instrument store to modify it to be closer to an American shank. The 9th photo shows it inserted into a Euro shank Hirsbrunner. The 10th photo shows it inserted into a Conn-Hölberg, American shank. The 11th photo shows it inserted into a Perantucci normal shank. The 12th photo shows it inserted into a Laskey normal shank.
