I believe this item is from the Showa era, specifically the 1960s to 1970s. My grandmother, who used to sew kimono, told me it was "Oshima," so I'm confident in that identification. As you can see in the photos, the basting threads are still attached, so I believe it's unused. It looks very beautiful, but please be aware that it is an old item and may have some age-related wear and tear.
