This is a local Hello Kitty keychain, limited to Atami. The Hello Kitty relaxing in a foot bath is very cute. I collected these about 10 years ago. I didn't use them as keychains, and they were stored indoors in a box with the film still attached. This is a new, unused item, but there are some parts, such as the metal fittings, that have rust.
