Vintage harmonica, made in Germany. Purchased from an antique shop. Online research suggests this model dates back to the 1930s-40s. It is indeed stamped "Made in Germany," so I believe it's from before the division of Germany, and definitely pre-war (it's highly unlikely to be from after reunification). The wooden mouthpiece is quite unusual, isn't it? I tried blowing air through it like a straw. It produces sound, but the tuning is likely off. Some notes sound a bit peculiar. I've enjoyed researching its history and displaying it in my room, but I'm selling it to clear out my collection. There is some minor rust in places.
