This is a kids' dress inspired by Belle from Beauty and the Beast. It was mostly worn indoors, but because it was well-loved, there are minor stains on the fabric around the waist and the inner lining of the skirt, as well as some dark stains on parts of the white pom-pom lace. These are not noticeable from a distance, and I believe it can still be used.
