This is the SIXPAD Abs Fit. Everything in the images is included. (I also found the belt later, so I added it after the box image.) The box is torn in places, so please consider it only for packaging. Some adhesive pads are attached to the main unit, but you should be able to use it without any problems by applying new ones on top. This is not new, so please only purchase if you don't mind the minor details.
