This is a commemorative Daruma skateboard purchased for the 1st anniversary of Slider Stre (Slider Store) in Sangenjaya, Tokyo. It was so popular that there was a line on the day of the event, and it features crazy-colored caps, sneakers, and wheels that capture the essence of Slider Store. This is a very rare item, but as shown in the last image, the left arm has come off. Since it is made of paper, it can be glued back on with paper glue, wood glue, or similar adhesives, and it shouldn't be very noticeable.
