This is a commemorative item from the Intercity Baseball Tournament. Thank you for looking! (^^) While the outer clear case has some scratches, the tie clip and cufflinks are clean with no scratches or stains. I received this as a gift, but I'm selling it because I've had trouble storing it at home.
