(Pit box lid stopper) Many people modify the box lid with a ball chain, but it can be unstable or have problems like accidentally closing. I wanted a durable and safe folding hinge, so I made it with attention to detail for my own use. I will offer it to those who need it. ・Support hinge left and right set: Upper and lower base plates (2 sets) / Fixing M4 screws (8), folding arms (2 sets) / Fixing screws (M3 screws 8, spacers 6) <Features of PTC11> ・Luxurious use of PETG carbon fiber filament (black). ・Attach to the side of the box lid. Designed to be the same for left and right, it is very stable when attached to both sides. ・Refer to photos 4-11 for installation instructions. ・Drill screw holes in 4 places on the box. Use the upper and lower base plates as a template to determine the hole positions. (The insertion angle of the screws is designed to be perpendicular to the slope of the box side) ・After fixing the upper and lower base plates to the box with M4 screws, fix the folding arms with M3 screws. (Be careful not to overtighten) ・When you open the box lid, it will automatically be fixed by the arm's stopper function.
