Purchased in 2019 and used until 2024. I'm selling these because I bought new earphones and no longer use them. The items included are as shown in the photos (earphone units, charging case, ear tips, box). I had a silicone cover on the case, but the gold part came off after about 2 years, and I continued to use it as is, so there are scratches. I used the original ear tips and some separately sold ones, so the ones in photo 11 are unused. (I discarded the used ones.) The battery has degraded somewhat, but I could still use them for about two weeks with 2-3 hours of use per day (with noise cancellation). Occasionally, the connection is poor, and the volume doesn't change even when adjusted on the smartphone screen (it changes when adjusted in the dedicated app). Also, there's a popping sound in the right ear while using the noise cancellation function. (It's unclear whether this is a problem with the earphones or my ears.)
