This item was removed from a Volkl ski I used previously. All mounting screws are included. I think it's best for someone who can install it themselves. There are scratches and scuffs from use. It is mounted on the top of the ski and provides high vibration absorption, suppressing ski chatter at the beginning of the turn and maintaining grip at the tip throughout the turn.
