This is a reversible jacket purchased from Patagonia. The size is kids' S, which is listed as 132cm on the Patagonia website. Both sides have excellent designs, and it's also functional as you can use it depending on the weather. I splurged and bought it for a trip to the snowy mountains, but I ended up hardly wearing it, so it's in a clean condition.
