It has black, blue, red, and green ballpoint pens, a mechanical pencil, and an eraser. I confirmed that all the pens still have ink, but I've used them at home a few times, so the ink levels are low. The black pen is almost empty. I purchased this at Disneyland a few years ago and used it at home. I stored it in a cool, dark place when not in use. I don't see any noticeable scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor imperfections. I do not have any pets, and I do not smoke.
