This is a slightly thick, black cotton fabric with a black polyester lining. It's a cushion-type cover for a disaster prevention head covering. It also has replaceable non-slip rubber. It will have a thin finish. My grandchild's commercially available cover's non-slip rubber stretched out, so I made this one with replaceable rubber. The rubber can be replaced when it stretches. Cut the stitching and replace it. It can also be securely attached by hand sewing. This is handmade by an amateur, so there may be imperfections such as double stitching and uneven seams. However, I would appreciate it if you understand that it is handmade and don't mind these details.
