Pulling the gray trigger once dispenses approximately 1cm of tape. You can also slide the gray part on top to cut the tape with a straight edge. ■ Condition and Description Purchased approximately 10 years ago. The transparent tape included when purchased allowed for very smooth tape dispensing. Usage was infrequent, and I recently used up that original transparent tape. I tried setting a transparent tape from a 100-yen shop, and sometimes the tape doesn't dispense properly. It seems there may be compatibility issues depending on the type of tape. There are no damages or missing parts on the main unit, and it should function without problems if the appropriate tape is used. This is not originally a precision instrument, and it is a used item.
