The Very Hungry Caterpillar Fabric | USA Cotton Imported Fabric | Width 108*50cm This fabric is designed with the same touch as the illustrations in "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" picture book. There are no caterpillars in this design. It features the pattern from the inside cover of the picture book. I personally imported this from the US about 10 years ago and stored it rolled up. It is sheeting fabric. The white parts will show the pattern on the back. (This pattern has fewer white parts, so it's not very noticeable, but the white-based fabric in the same series does show through.) I think it would be good for sheets, placemats, blouses, dresses, etc. It has been stored for many years in a dark room where a dehumidifier is always running. I don't see any difference in color between the front and the inside, but there might be minor imperfections such as sun fading. The pattern orientation is shown with the measuring tape placed parallel to the selvage. There are 5 or more 50cm pieces. They are connected. It is possible to extend the length.
