The Ref. 6426 is considered an entry-level vintage Rolex model, alongside the Oysterdate Ref. 6694 and Air-King Ref. 5500. It's a hand-wound, non-date model, so it's very simple, but if you use it for a long time, you don't have the hassle of setting the date. You can simply wind the crown and set the time, and then quickly put it on your wrist and go out, making it very convenient.
