This is a custom-made leadpipe for a Jupiter Flugelhorn, JFH-846R, compatible with small shank mouthpieces. While the current model 1100R is compatible with small shanks like Bach, the previous model 846R is not, which led to the creation of this leadpipe. Essentially, it removes almost all restrictions on the mouthpieces you can use. It's designed to work with both Bach and Yamaha shank mouthpieces. It's raw brass, with no lacquer or plating. Photo 3 shows an example of a Yamaha shank mouthpiece attached, and photo 4 shows an example of a Bach shank mouthpiece attached. Photo 5 shows it attached to the instrument itself.
