I bought these about three years ago for club activities. Both the top and bottom are Adidas, but they weren't a set; I bought them separately. It's hard to tell from the photos, but the T-shirt is made of a smooth, slightly shiny material often seen in soccer wear, while the shorts are made of a more "shaka-shaka" (nylon-like) material, suggesting they aren't specifically soccer wear. There's a faint ballpoint pen stain, though it's not very noticeable (see photo 3).
