I had this ukulele custom-made about 20 years ago by Ron Yasuda. The headstock is engraved with the family name, "Mahina" (which means "moon" in Hawaiian). The material is Hawaiian Koa. Double sound holes Total length: 69cm Scale length: approx. 43.5cm It is stored at room temperature of 25°C and humidity of around 50%, the same as a guitar. The neck is straight and in normal position. There is almost no fret wear. The body has no major scratches, paint peeling, or cracks. I heard that Ron Yasuda was originally a Kamaka craftsman, and he made custom Kamaka ukuleles before becoming independent. It has a thick, sweet sound.
