It's not vinyl either, but something similar to the material used in Louis Vuitton wallets? It looks clean, and the zipper works smoothly, but there's some fraying inside (see photos), and it looks like she added an extra hole to the shoulder strap herself. She has a habit of overspending, so she doesn't remember the purchase price (though she said it wasn't cheap), and I'm not familiar with this type of item either, so I've priced it somewhat arbitrarily.
