This is a collared dress from tocco closet. The color is navy. The collar is buttoned and removable. It's new with tags, but I've only tried it on at home. It has a gorgeous and elegant design, so I think it would be suitable for formal occasions such as a baby's first visit to a shrine, Shichi-Go-San, engagement ceremony, or meeting with both families.
