Two cups and saucers set, handmade, Poland Polish pottery is a general term for pottery made in the town of Bolesławiec in southwestern Poland. The "polka dot" design, like the one in the image, with navy blue and white dots, is one of the most representative designs. Polish pottery is handmade by artisans, and each piece is carefully painted using stamps called "hanko" (seals).
