It is a genuine Ojiya Chijimi, made by Naohisa Takahashi, a traditional craftsman of the long-established textile mill "Takamasu Orimono" in Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture. It expresses the hibiscus (fuso flower), a flower that symbolizes the tropics, with a delicate and beautiful kasuri pattern. It has vivid colors, and the delicate shibo unique to chijimi creates a beautiful transparency and a design that blurs the smooth fuso flower leaf kasuri pattern over the entire surface. The fabric is supple and has a gentle, soft touch. It is a cool and refreshing Japanese clothing fabric suitable for summer wear in the midsummer season. It is an excellent finish with a luxurious texture created by the beautiful fuso flower leaf kasuri pattern and delicate shibo. The exquisite color composition that stands out against the background and its composition are wonderful works. It has an elegant finish that is like a painting. It is much more beautiful in person.
