This is a Sunny Mat from Puppapupo. The frills are made of a shiny satin-like fabric. It also has a non-slip backing to prevent it from sliding. I used it when my baby was about 4-5 months old, while we were spending time in the living room! It has been used, but I think it's still usable! Because I regularly home-cleaned it, the frills have some small frays all over. I have included photos, so please take a look!
