Showa Retro Arita-yaki Rectangular Ceramic Plates Set of 6. Simple and elegant Japanese plates. I think they can be used conveniently for various purposes such as grilled fish and sashimi. They are not flat, but slightly raised on both sides. The edges are trimmed with a light indigo color. The delicate indigo-colored pattern of the hagi flower? is lovely. The plates are square, but the foot is round, which is stylish. Size 22 x 14cm Height: 2cm in the center, 3cm on both sides Found in the warehouse of my parents' house. They are quite old (over 20 years old). I think my father, who loved ceramics, collected them. There is a backstamp, but I couldn't identify the artist. One plate has a stain on the foot (photo 13). The edge of the same plate is like the one in photo 12. There are no other noticeable stains or scratches, but if you look closely at the surface, there are some with what looks like water stains.
