I purchased this item used, and it appears to have some repainting. There are scratches on the LCD screen. A glass film is currently applied. (See photo 6) The grip shows considerable signs of use. There appears to be dust on the sensor. (See photo 10) It's noticeable in photos of blue skies or white paper, but I didn't notice it during snapshot photography.
