I fell in love with this dress at SHIPS about two years ago and bought it. I wore it once to a friend's wedding and have kept it stored since then (cleaned). It's a very cute dress with a lovely design, material, and color. It looks black, but it's navy. It's a calm and elegant dress, but it's also cute because it uses ruffles and chiffon. The length is long, so it's recommended for those who don't want to show too much leg. I used to wear a shawl to cover my arms. The size isn't written, so I'm not sure, but I think it's probably a Medium. It was ankle-length, about 10cm from the ankle, on me (165cm tall). I will also include the SHIPS cover and hanger.
