This is a limited edition Cheeky teddy bear, a collaboration between Merrythought, a long-established British teddy bear brand, and Afternoon Tea, a British tea culture brand. This item was a collaboration in 2017 and is a rare model that is not often seen nowadays. When seated, as shown in the photo, it is 25cm tall, and when lying down with its legs extended, it is about 35cm long. There are bells in both ears. I purchased it new at an AfternoonTeaLiving store and displayed it on a collection shelf in my home, away from direct sunlight. I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets. I have not carried it around except for the way home after purchase, and since it has been displayed as is, I believe it is in relatively good condition with little deterioration such as flattening of the fur or signs of use. It will be placed in a plastic bag to prevent water damage and shipped in a size 60 cardboard box.
