This is a celebratory envelope made with washi paper dolls. It was made as a congratulatory gift for a birth. It is based on the image of a visit to a shrine, and is primarily blue for a baby boy. The noshi (decorative paper) is a ribbon made with mizuhiki (decorative cord). Bills can be inserted without folding them. Please understand that the envelope is also handmade.
