This is an antique undergarment (nagajuban). The material is unknown, but it has a glossy fabric like meisen. It features cute designs reminiscent of old folktales such as Momotaro, Kachi-Kachi Mountain, the Crab and the Monkey Battle, and perhaps the Tongue-Cut Sparrow. It's in good condition overall for an antique, with a mark or repair on the back. Length is approximately 136cm,裄 (yukitake - from center back neck to wrist) 67cm, and sleeve length 64cm. Would it be suitable as a material for remaking, such as for ikkanbari (a type of papercraft)?
