I purchased this at the Hagoita Fair in Asakusa several decades ago. I remember choosing it specifically for the quality of the face. I gave it to my mother as a gift, and she treasured it so much that it was kept in storage, so I believe it's in good condition (the film is still on it), although I'm just a casual inspector. Upon listing it, I researched and found out that it's a hagoita depicting the "Harukoma" dance, which celebrates the New Year. The motif is a horse, making it perfect for New Year's decorations in 2026, the Year of the Horse!
