This is a cookbook from Senshukai. The last image shows all 15 books together. They are from the Showa era, from 1975 to 1980. They were my bible back then, when I was a high school student and just starting out in the working world. Some were used quite a bit, while others are almost untouched. There are some notes written on the back covers (see the second to last photo). Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to the condition, as these are vintage items.
