I purchased this on Amazon last summer. I used it 2-3 times, but I'm now going to a chiropractic clinic, so I'm selling it. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. The original box and instruction manual are not included, only the main unit. Thank you. The images are slightly distorted due to the fluorescent lighting.
