Purchased in December 2018, it hasn't been used much and I believe there are no noticeable stains, scratches, or marks. I mostly used trains for transportation, and with the pandemic, I didn't have many opportunities to go out. Before I knew it, my child had grown, and I bought a new child seat, so I really didn't use this one much. I might not be able to answer detailed questions about how to use it. There is a small tear, but the instruction manual is included! For those who understand that this is a used item, despite the low usage!
