I received this item as a gift, so I'm not sure of the exact usage period, but the mouthpiece still has a shine to it, and the tip rail, side rail, and table are also relatively clean. The ligature is a Harrison with a gold-plated finish. I will pack it for shipping as shown in the first photo. It has been lightly cleaned.
