The approximate measurements are: Skirt width (laid flat): approx. 30cm Shortest part of skirt (laid flat): approx. 25cm Longest part of skirt (laid flat): approx. 68cm ...It has some stretch, but I think it would fit someone who wears a size M. The pink lace on the side is cute as is, but you can also enjoy arranging it by folding the ends into the waist or tying it on the other side. I've only tried it on once or twice.
