This is a used copy of Sega Saturn game "Masami Murakoshi's Bakucho Nippon Rettou." I used it for playing, so I've confirmed it works recently. It comes with the obi (sleeve), postcard, and application form. There are stains on the obi and the back of the instruction manual. The disc reading surface is relatively clean.
