This is a hair tie/bracelet from Marc by Marc Jacobs☆ I purchased it at a department store several years ago and wore it as a bracelet a few times, but I kept it in storage because I didn't want to damage it. I haven't used it as a hair tie. The light blue one originally didn't have a charm. The metal charm parts have fine scratches that occur even with normal use. (Please see the photos) Since it's been several years since I purchased it, there may be some aging of the rubber, and it's a used item that has been stored and inspected by an amateur, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
