This is a size 80 children's jinbei (Japanese summer wear). It's a romper style. I received this from an acquaintance and was planning to have my child wear it this year, but they're already too big for rompers, so I couldn't. My acquaintance said she also had her two daughters wear it, but due to the size, they only wore it for one season's festival, so they hardly wore it at all.
