The color is brown, but it's a light, muted brown. It's different from a typical brown. I'm selling it because it didn't suit me. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the color. I've worn it three times. It's been home-cleaned. There are no pets or smokers. Please refer to the images for the fabric condition. There is some pilling due to friction from tucking in the waist.
