This item was purchased new at a fishing tackle shop. This rod, like my other rods, was used for about a year. It wasn't used very often. After that, it was stored at home. The top rotates smoothly, and I don't think there are any small scratches or chips, but please check the condition in the photos. I'm just a regular person, so please forgive any oversights.
