These are figures from Banpresto's "Ultraman Sound Patrol" series. The box features Ultraman characters and is believed to have sound gimmicks. This product is from Banpresto, which is part of the Bandai Namco Group and handles prize (giveaway) items. It is a type of "KoreChara" (collectible figure), distinct from the "Ultra Hero Series" soft vinyl figures. They are new, but as they are old items, I cannot guarantee if the sound function works.
