This is a tote bag made by upcycling a fukuro obi (formal obi). It has a gorgeous pattern, but the subdued colors make it cute without being too flashy. The fabric has fine glitter, which is hard to see in the image, but it creates a beautiful design. It has a good gusset and can hold A4 size items.
