This is a letter set by picture book author Noriko Matsui. It has been taken out of the OPP bag for photography. The illustrations are by the author of books such as "P-chan Flies with the Clouds," "Jaa Jaa Biribiri," and "The Grumpy Cook." The letter set features P-chan.
